Not all real estate practitioners are REALTORS®. REALTOR® identifies a real estate professional as a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and one who subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. REALTORS® take the Code of Ethics orientation and are required to complete a refresher course every four years. Gail and Johnnie Sue are all REALTORS® and all have their Code of Ethics course work current.
