The Moscow Real Estate Market in Review!

Describing the 2011 Real Estate market leaves me searching for words. Stable comes to mind, robust does not. As of December 2nd, six more houses had sold in 2011 than in 2010. The average price was down a bit, but still higher than the 2009 average price. So all and all, it was a stable year but not the robust years of 2006 and 2007. Read the entire report here…

$750 HIGHER EDUCATION IAR SCHOLARSHIP
The Idaho Association of REALTORS offers a $750 higher education scholarship that will be awarded to a student in their second year or higher of college. High school seniors will be considered if there are no other applicants. Please go to the IAR web site, www.idahorealtors.com, for an application and more information.

Applications are due at the IAR Office by Friday, June 24, 2011.
